Safe, Gentle & Professional Dental Care
Tooth extraction is a dental procedure where a tooth is carefully removed from its socket in the jawbone. Dentists recommend extractions when a tooth is severely damaged, decayed, infected, or causing crowding or alignment issues. Our goal is always to save your tooth whenever possible—but if extraction is necessary, we ensure the process is safe, painless, and comfortable.
Our experts will examine your situation and offer you the best coating solution.
You may need a tooth removed if you have:
Severe tooth decay or infection
Advanced gum disease (periodontitis)
A cracked or broken tooth beyond repair
Impacted or problematic wisdom teeth
Overcrowding before orthodontic treatment
Retained baby teeth
Teeth damaged from trauma
If you’re unsure, our dentist will perform a thorough exam and X-rays to determine the best solution.
Used when the tooth is visible above the gum line. The dentist loosens and gently removes the tooth under local anesthesia.
Needed when a tooth is broken at the gum line, impacted, or not fully erupted (commonly wisdom teeth). A small incision may be made to safely remove the tooth.
Here’s what you can expect:
Consultation & Digital X-Ray – We assess the tooth and surrounding bone.
Local Anesthesia – The area is numbed for a pain-free experience.
Tooth Removal – The tooth is gently loosened and extracted.
Cleaning & Protection – The site is cleaned to prevent infection.
Gauze Placement – Helps control bleeding and start healing.
Aftercare Instructions – You leave with clear guidelines for recovery.
If needed, we may also discuss tooth replacement options such as dental implants, bridges, or dentures.
Wisdom teeth can become impacted, painful, or infected if there isn’t enough room for them to grow properly. Our clinic provides comfortable and precise wisdom tooth extraction to prevent complications such as swelling, infection, and jaw pain.

No. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so you will feel pressure but not pain. Mild soreness afterward is normal and can be managed with prescribed or over-the-counter pain medication.
Most people heal within 3–5 days, while full healing of the socket can take a couple of weeks. Surgical or wisdom tooth extractions may take slightly longer.
For the first 24–48 hours, avoid:
Smoking or vaping
Drinking through a straw
Spitting forcefully
Alcohol
Hard, crunchy, or spicy foods
These can dislodge the blood clot and delay healing.
A dry socket occurs when the blood clot at the extraction site becomes dislodged, exposing the bone and nerves. It can be painful. You can prevent it by avoiding smoking, straws, vigorous rinsing, and following aftercare instructions.
Mild bleeding or oozing may occur for up to 24 hours. Biting on gauze helps control it. If bleeding is heavy or continues beyond 24 hours, contact your dentist.
